Chip on Their Shoulders, Baseball Hosts Cats

Stanford baseball's memories of last season's debacle in the desert are not pleasant. The club had been rolling at 16-3 entering its late March set at Arizona. It had not yet lost a single series all season. Game one was going exactly as planned, as the Cardinal led the Wildcats 7-4 entering the bottom half of the ninth inning.
