The 2005 Potomac Nationals didn't have anyone who particularly stood out as the Hitter of The Year. It was a close race because so many players were deserving of the award. So, out of all Potomac sluggers, who would take home the award?

The class A minor league team of the Washington Nationals, the Potomac Nationals, finished 32-38 for the 2005 season, (.457 W%) but had some great talent to speak of.
